Safer Internet Day in P2/3

Today we learned all about how to stay safe online. We listened to the story of Digiduck and the Magic Castle 🦆🏰 .

We took part in a walking debate and discussed what information we can share online and what we should keep offline and private. We discussed the importance of keeping your password private and how to create a really good password that no one will guess.

The children shared lots of ideas about how they stay safe. We know that we can go to a trusted adult, like our parents or teachers if we are unsure about something on the internet. We then designed a level for Digiduck’s Magic Castle game and came up with some rules to keep us safe and happy when playing online.
