On Thursday 22nd Feb 12 pupils from our school attended the a swimming Gala in the Greenvale Leisure Centre Magherafelt. This was the first event of its kind for many years and once again our pupils excelled themselves in all areas!
There were 3 races in both thr boys and Girls competitions which were
The Back Stroke
The Breast Stroke
The Front Crawl
And then the day was finished off with 2 relay style races which were Freestyle and a Fun Run.
Whilst we didn't place in the top 3 schools overall we still had some excellent indivudual races with 3 of the boys receiving medals.

Odhran Mulligan - 3rd Place Back Stroke.
