Catholic Schools Week
This is Catholic Schools Week; during this week schools throughout Ireland celebrate the special and welcoming ethos which exists in Catholic schools. The theme for Catholic Schools Week 2020 is ‘Living in Harmony with God’s Creation’. Today our P4’s delivered an assembly in recognition of their Grandparents. Our aim was to recognise and celebrate the love and care grandparents give to their grandchildren. We also wanted to remember fondly those grandparents who are already with God.
After assembly our grandparents enjoyed a lovely roast dinner prepared by Eileen and Sarah. Well done to the P4’s for saying their assembly parts so clearly, singing beautifully and playing their tin whistles!
