In class we are using real fruit and vegetables to create portraits in the style of Giuseppe Arcimboldo. He was an Italian painter best know for creating imaginative portrait heads made entirely of objects such as fruit, vegetable, flowers, fish and books. Afterwards we cut the fruit and vegetables and used them in print making.
