Literacy Week

To continue to promote an enjoyment of Literacy within our school we celebrated Literacy Week on the week beginning the 27th February.  An exciting programme of creative and fun activities were planned.  Some of the activities the children participated in were as follows:

• Samba drumming
• Creative dance
• Story telling sessions
• Dress up Day (to celebrate World Book Day)
• Sing-along rhymes and songs with Tom Sweeney
